    Born and raised in Osaka, Japan, Kenji Nakamura always had an entrepreneurial spirit. With a keen interest in technology and business, he pursued his higher education in the West, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and later an MBA from Harvard Business School. His time in Silicon Valley exposed him to the fast-paced world of startups, innovation, and venture capital.

    Entrepreneurial Journey:

    Kenji quickly made a name for himself in the tech industry, launching multiple successful startups in AI-driven analytics and digital marketing automation. His most notable exit was NeuronData, an AI-powered customer insights platform that was acquired by a major enterprise software company for $200 million.

    After spending a few years advising venture capital firms and mentoring young tech entrepreneurs, Kenji saw an underserved market: small to midsize international businesses struggling to break into the U.S. market due to inefficient marketing strategies.

    The Birth of sens.AI marketing:

    With $50 million in initial VC funding, Kenji founded sens.AI Marketing, an AI-driven marketing agency designed to help small and midsize international companies expand their influence in the American market. His vision was to leverage AI and machine learning to create hyper-personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns that outperform traditional strategies.

    Under his leadership, sens.AI has quickly gained recognition as a leader in AI-driven marketing, helping global businesses streamline customer acquisition, improve ad performance, and optimize content engagement with precision.

    Current Role & Vision:

    Now based in San Francisco, Kenji oversees sens.AI’s rapid growth, working with businesses across Asia, Europe, and Latin America to unlock the full potential of AI-powered marketing in the U.S. market. His mission is to democratize advanced marketing strategies for companies that lack the resources of Fortune 500 giants, ensuring they can effectively compete in the digital landscape.

    Outside of work, Kenji is passionate about mentoring young entrepreneurs, investing in AI startups, and supporting diversity in tech. He’s also an avid hiker and enjoys exploring the California coastline on the weekends.

    With a background in digital strategy and consumer behavior, Yuna leads sens.AI’s expansion in the Asia-Pacific region. She holds a Master’s in International Marketing from Waseda University and has over 12 years of experience in tech marketing, previously working at SoftBank and a fast-scaling SaaS startup in Singapore.

    Yuna specializes in cross-cultural branding, localized content strategy, and AI-driven ad targeting, helping Asian businesses seamlessly integrate into the U.S. market.

    Outside of work, she’s a tea ceremony enthusiast and loves discovering hidden jazz bars in Kyoto.

    Luca brings a European perspective to sens.AI’s strategy, ensuring companies from the UK, France, Germany, and beyond successfully adapt their messaging for American consumers. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and previously worked with Google’s marketing team in Dublin, leading AI-driven customer acquisition campaigns.

    Fluent in four languages, Luca is an expert in navigating cultural nuances in branding and customer engagement. His analytical approach blends perfectly with sens.AI’s AI-powered insights.

    In his free time, Luca is a competitive cyclist and a self-proclaimed espresso snob.

    Sofia is a LatAm market specialist, ensuring companies from Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Chile connect with U.S. audiences. She has a degree in Communications from Tecnológico de Monterrey and spent eight years leading growth at a top digital agency in São Paulo.

    She excels in influencer marketing, content localization, and social commerce strategies, helping brands adapt their messaging to American consumers without losing their cultural identity.

    Sofia is also a tango dancer and an advocate for women in tech startups.

    Scott Berman leads sens.AI’s North American marketing and sales efforts, helping international brands successfully break into the U.S. market. With degrees in Political Science and Communications from the University of Alabama, he blends strategic insight with digital marketing expertise to drive growth and engagement.

    Before joining sens.AI, Scott founded Gulf Coast Marketing Agency, where he helped businesses scale their digital presence. Now, he leverages AI-powered strategies to optimize outreach, branding, and conversions for sens.AI’s clients.

    An avid outdoorsman and world traveler, Scott thrives on exploring both new landscapes and innovative marketing solutions, ensuring brands make a lasting impact in competitive markets.
